#CoupleGoals

The three subjects of this photo shoot (2 humans + 1 pooch) were very fun for me to work with because they are also three of the most important people in my life! (Rambo Jackson may as well be considered a person.)

I took this trio to Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano for a hot Texas sunset and honestly, just let them be themselves! There is a lot of real love here, y’all. Love that doesn’t hold back and love that won’t let go! #Goals.

Rachel is my sista from another mista, my best friend, my ride or die, my main chick, my-right-hand-my-go-to, my day 01, my other half–you know. So naturally, her boyfriend Taylor has become someone I adore, as well. They always want the best for me and have been so generous to me over the years… these pictures are really special to me.

Isn’t Rachel’s hair dreamy? She is this superbly confident, independent hustler who, amongst other jobs, is a product specialist for MAC Cosmetics. Her hair is always fun and changing and reflects her artistic spirit. She can seriously pull off any color.

I am definitely a novice when it comes to photography but I have learned a lot since this shoot and would really love to do a sequel. For this session I used my Canon T3i and the only two lenses I own: Canon’s kit lens and Canon’s 50mm f/1.4.

Rachel, Taylor and lil’ Ram recently moved into their first house together. And guess what? They framed some of these portraits and hung them on their perfectly decorated walls! That makes me happy.

[Fun fact: Rambo was on America’s Funniest Home Videos! …He’s famous!!]

Well folks, thanks for letting me share these moments with you! I hope you are having a wonderful day! If you have any inquiries, please feel free to ask.

An Integrated Studies Major at the University of North Texas, I'm a fashion and entertainment blogger with dreams of working in comedy. I created a show for UNT that is filmed in the style of The Office and Parks and Recreation. I wrote for, produced, directed, and hosted the school's late night entertainment show: Late Night at North Texas. I have acted in several short films and written one which I then adapted into a short story, "I Am Mortal." I am a freelance photographer and am lucky enough to be the Director of Business Development at Visible Agency, as well as work for my Mom's business, Tashi Brow and Skin Studio. My biggest flaw is that I spend money like I have it. But hey, things are always looking up!
